2021 Vendor Application

Please see our Rules & Regulations for the market before starting this application form. By submitting your vendor application this becomes a binding agreement.

Please have all your information ready to complete this form, including any applicable attachments (i.e., letter from Health Authority, MarketSafe or FoodSafe certification, etc., if applicable.)

Returning vendors are required to fill out a new application every year to ensure all changes to a vendor’s product line and new information in the application form is up to date. Please re-submit all required information and documents.

As of July 2018, the annual Food Action Coalition (FAC) membership fee is $25, which supports FAC initiatives and provides voting rights at their Annual General Meeting.

Membership and stall fees can be paid by cheque made out to Creston Valley Farmer’s Market – PO Box 1002, Creston, BC, V0B 1G0 or can be paid by cash or cheque in person during Market times.

If you have any one else working at your booth, please tell us their names.
You will receive email confirmations for the weeks you book at the market, in addition to periodic updates about the Farmers' Market. Email is the preferred method of contact with the CVFM.

The Farmers' Market is an initiative of the Creston Valley Food Action Coalition. They send out periodic emails about upcoming food and farming workshops and FAC meetings and can unsubscribe at anytime.
