A big welcome to our new vendors this week – you’ll find locally grown heirloom grains and flour mixes at Treasure Life Flour, a fundraiser for BC Special Olympics, and early spring potatoes from Laurie Morris’ farm.

Plus – I’m excited to re-introduce Joanne Schultz from the Great Canadian Cooking School back for another season of food demos! She’ll be featuring some of the great produce and meat from our local vendors and show how easy it is to eat locally.
